About Me

Once there was a boy who lived in a very strange place where there was nothing to do but work with massive machines and make noise. Conditions were far from ideal. He lived in a windowless room in the back of an art gallery in the heart of a very lonely city. Many mornings, he was awaked by small crowds attending the gallery, marveling at the sculptures and speaking their thoughts loudly... Since he was not encumbered by any excess cash, there was not much to do at night except observe the drama in the street from his fire escape; usually fights between the prostitutes and cabbies. A strict diet of Money-Saving Brand peanut butter and coffee helped keep his energy up, but his spirits were low... Eventually, he was able to save a little money, which he quickly blew on instruments, and began writing and recording a bunch of songs. Still his efforts were hampered by interruptions from the patrons and proprietors of the gallery - as well as the overwhelming stench of gasoline and chemicals that leaked from the Vespa someone was repairing in his room. Things began to fall apart. Many experiments were performed at all hours of the day and night with the strange machines and instruments. He kept this up until he decided he had had enough. The boy packed up his things and left while the two owners of the gallery hurled chairs at one another... There were a number of bands that the boy played with but eventually, the city life, his roach infested apartment/life grew tiresome. He had to leave... Years later, he resurfaced in a small suburban town and sequestered himself in a basement studio. There, among the sounds of cats in the litter box and children playing, he crafted the music that had previously only been heard in his head...
