My name is Ziva, I'm from Israel, transferred from Mossad as a liaison to the American agency, NCIS. It stands for "Naval Criminal Investigative Service". As I've learned so far, NO ONE has heard of it. Do not mess with me, you will regret it. I'm sorry if my English isn't perfect at times, American phrases can be quite confusing.
