Chaosphere came to life in early October 2007, after several personal and musical differences and problems with Carlos Torres, who finally decided to part ways with Juan and Eliseo, to keep with Turbulence, while Juan & Eliseo took the name Chaosphere for their new project, a name which reflects what they want to express about themselves, their beliefs and about their musical points of view. Before parting ways, in July, 2007, Juan, Eliseo & Carlos recorded what was supposed to be the debut EP "Decay Of Humanity", which contains 6 tracks written, recorded and arranged by Juan, Carlos and Eliseo... This recording was produced by Juan Briones and engineered by Juan Pablo Donoso at Sade Studios, in Santiago de Chile. Later, this EP was released under the title "On Wings of Desolation", by Juan's own label Rebirth Of Chaos Productions. After several auditions, Juan & Eliseo decided to recruit Claudio Barrientos and Mauricio Verdugo on bass and guitar duties, respectively, together with Rodrigo Benavides on drums. After a few months, Rodrigo leaves the band, recruiting Danny Cerda (ex-Unholy Minds). Due to differences with the band, in late February, 2009, Danny left the band, being replaced by Hatkommand.Currently the band is finishing the songwriting process for their upcoming album, which will be entitled "Christgrinder Machine", whose some tracks have already been featured on several gigs in Santiago and Concepción, getting good comments from the crowd.*Logo done by Christophe Szpajdel (Old Man's Child, Desaster, Emperor, Moonspell a.o.), the "Lord Of Logos".
