I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

I like to laugh. So, humor is a large part of me. I like to poke fun at life by being witty and see the lighter side of things. Although I like to joke around and be funny I do have a serious side. I respect life and take it seriously. I believe that is my balance. I am an optimist. Think positive, positive, positive. I believe that pessimism is a disease. It is toxic and can corrode your soul. No one is immunized from pessimism and it can even override positivity. Only, if a person lets it. Stay focused and always move forward. I am originally from the central coast of California with a shout out to the Salinas Valley, Monterey Bay, and the Santa Cruz area. I now live in Nevada with my six-year old son, Nathan, and enjoy doing the daddy thing. I work in South Lake Tahoe three to five days a week. I live 30 minutes east of South Lake Tahoe Stateline(10 minutes if the mountains weren't there). I am single and have never been married.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

My future ex-wife(JJ LOL). Just friends in general. Meet and mingle with a hint of a possible relationship of sort. Connecting with cool and interesting people that have some kind of fun and hip personality. I am a social person, so I am open to the possibility of personally meeting new friends. Dining out, dancing, cocktails, great conversation and good positive energy is way cool. I used to think that marriage was the task of finding Mrs. Right', owning a big house with the white picket fence, having a fat bank account for the finer comforts of living, and planning for the big day. However, I deceived myself. All the planning, energy, time and effort a couple might exert before marriage is pointless compared to what comes after. I now know that getting married is only the beginning point. It is then that life begins as a whole. What is important is the growing and learning together, becoming closer friends, business partners, better listeners, and healthier lovers. Those are key points that I believe are crucial for the success of a marriage. Communication, patience, and forgiveness also plays a lead role for a healthy marriage. Although I haven't yet, I am eagerly excited for the time to come when I do take a bride. Meeting and mingling is a good start for a future with someone. Anyway, you can never have enough friends ;)ool.
