About Me

I started playing bass in 1991 and I've been playing ever since. In the beginning, I did what everybody else did, listened to CD's and radio and just transcribed what I heard. After playing for a few years I decided to pursue a career in music so I sent an application and got accepted to study at MI in Hollywood, CA.
I received my diploma in bass performance from MI in 2000 and moved back home to my native country, Sweden.
While in Sweden I played in various bands and did some studio work but mostly demos for bands. I wanted MORE so once again I started to look for opportunities in the states.
This time around I applied to LA Music Academy (LAMA) which is a professional music school as well as MI just slightly smaller and more intimate. I got accepted and in the fall of 2003 I once again set course for the United States and SoCal.
During my time at LAMA, I made a lot of friends and hooked up with Bourke and Basti (my current band mates in Dead End Jane).
My main band today is called Dead Pulse but I also do recording sessions and gigs for other bands/artists.
You can listen to some of the songs that I have recorded with my band and with other artists in the music section on my profile.
If you are in need of a rock, metal or pop bassplayer, please feel free to contact me through this profile or call me at either +61 402 481449 or +46 701 712721 and let me know what you have in mind. I might be able to help you out...
