I'm a blackwood and bamboo flute player from Montreal who plays a variety of traditional and not-so traditional styles of music. Since graduating from York University, I've been immersed in Irish, Quebecois, Scottish, and Breton music. I've also studied the bansuri (North Indian bamboo flute), and am having fun exploring the common ground between North Indian and Celtic music. I also play Accordion, Piano, Melodica, and a bit of Bodhran. I'm really into writing original music,and have written pieces for film, dance, my own recordings, and bands that I play with - please check out Crowfoot if you haven't done so already!
