Where to start? I probably got more issues in my life than the Middle East,but always see the funny side of things.sometimes quiet,often loud,and always on a mission. If you don't like Northern Soul, sixties and seventies soul, Vespa and Lambretta scooters. You are in for a pretty dull time here.so read no further and have a nice rest of your life. Ever since I was about eighteen I have been involved in the UK scooter scene,well to be honest I was a Rude Boy and then a Mod, and through this came a passion for Northern Soul,scooters and good times.I went to my first northern soul allnighter at London's legendary 100 club in September 1985.and was riding to scooter rallies from the spring of 1986 onwards.
In 1991 I was given my first DJ spot for the soul spin syndicate,at Woking football club in surrey,and seven years later,after a painful divorce decided to go it alone and promote my own night, now nearly ten years onwards,after what first started as a small happy go lucky soul night has now become one of the biggest and best known northern soul clubs in the south of England,The Bisley Nightshift Club at Bisley Pavilion in Surrey,take a look at http://www.myspace.com/bisleynightshiftclub .In the Aultum of 1997,my mate Stuart,and myself decided that there were far too many scooterists like ourselves riding about in one's and two's in our area and decided to do something about it. The end result was the lost Souls scooter club which is now entering its twelfth year of existence,we have had our ups and downs over the years,but we are still at it, refusing point blank to grow old! I can only speak for myself,but I could not imagine doing anything else. I'm not looking for a quick shag,or to climb social ladders so if you are not sincere get your hat and coat and fuck off! I work hard,play even harder,I dont suffer fools easily I'm very loyal to my friends,I love my scooter's,music,and what's left of my family,I am extremely patriotic,and loathe political correctness with a passion.Thats just about all I got to say about myself, "you take it or leave it my son,take it or leave it" !....
