About Me

I am exactly who I want to be. I know and accept that if your life is going to be a "rainbow" you must welcome the sun and the rain. What you see.. Is not always what you get.. Don't waste your time trying to figure out my story by simply checking out the cover... Granted you may hit a few and figure out chapter one but my no means will you reach chapter 2 and on.. without talking to me and getting to know me. I love life. I love my life. I have a wonderful family and amazing friends. I'm passionate about my work and everything else I give my time or bother to touch. I will be remembered, if only for my love. (Cheesy eh? But oh so true.) I'm a bit of a perfectionist with a touch of OCD yet in the most positive way possible. I hate drama.. I'm a lover, not a fighter.. I enjoy everything from painting the town red to fishing to curling up with a good book.. I like tarantulas, frogs, geckos, red pandas.. I can't stand cold mornings,negative people, lemon in my tea.. I have one.. maybe two bad days a year.. On those days... Stay away.. Any other day.. You'll never fail to see me smile or hear me cracking up about something. That's the whole point in all of this right? The thing we call life.. To live. Why spend our time talking about what we wouldve and shouldve done.. I'll always remember yesterday. Live for today. Be grateful for tomorrow. That's the only way to be..

My Interests

I want to live and not merely exist. Therefore.. I find my myself in awe of many things or at least filled with curiousity.. I love spending a day in the mountains at any time of year.. Checking out the latest exhibit at the art museum(I love all forms of art and being able to get a glimpse at the world through someone elses eyes), dancing and singing along to my fav. band at a live show or sitting back enjoying a tini and some good jazz.. I can spend my day floating from shop to shop with my girls, on a road trip or curled up with my cat under a grandma quilt.. The animal world amazes me.. Teaching and learning from children just completely blows me away. I believe in making the most of each day and working to improve myself mind, body and soul.. I enjoy the little things in life... Banana Popsicles, Rainy Days, Spring Flowers, a Good Laugh with Friends.... The list could go on and on... ...

I'd like to meet:

All of my friends for coffee once a week. The children that I teach... in 10 years. My parents when they were my age. All of the people that I passed by that would have added something to my life. Someone that will set my soul on fire. Anyone with something to say.. That's worth hearing.Girl Space

I do enjoy movies though i'm not always up for sitting through them .. When I do.. I like all types.. depending on my mood. Dynamite, Beautiful Mind, Cold Mountain, The Hurricane,Cinderella Man, The Others, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,Memoirs of a Geisha, Finding Neverland, What about Bob?, Taking Lives,Full Metal Jacket, "War" Movies, The Godfather, Hitchcock movies, etc.......

Television:

I'm not a big fan of television.. However, when I do watch TV.. I'm def. a "tv nerd".. I like to watch the discovery channel, court tv and even the weather channel.....

Books:
