RADICAL
G (Traction | Magura | RadicalGmuzik) || Belgium ||
"Radical G" is on a mission to weed out the boring faceless looping crap from his genre and provide only the ripest goodies on stage, spiced by his skanky vocal-elektro.
Glenn Keteleer aka "RadicalG" started at Belgian's Baccardi's club on the age of 16 where he became the resident for 6 years . Meanwhile,he played in the best clubs you can find all over the world.
Glenn started producing together with Vincent Vansteenbeek in the O8hotel studios in Burg Reuland where they build out the “THE VOLTAGE CLUB†to a huge success in Europe. Many releases were reviewed in magazines as well.
DJ MAG dec 1999: The Voltage Club “No escapes†Belgian techno at its best. You can’t get much more Belgian than names like Vincent Vansteenbeek, Sabine Goelen and Glenn Keteleer! The four mixes on board range from Thomas Heckmann-esque smash ‘n grab to clankier Jeff Mills-ish but all contain that extra which is very hard to put into words but pro’s know what we mean.â€
Glenn is an all-round DJ and producer who isn't fixed on one style, this guy is capable to produce and play from techno to elektro-clash sets; but "Unique" and "Timeless" are the best words to describe Glenn's stream.
After a rush period Glenn became resident in Duplex (Fr) and Factory (B) for two years and in that period he did some remixes for Mauro Picotto and Marco Bailey.
In 2001 Glenn started his solo project “Radicalg†and released some bangers on labels like Future Frontier, Subsounds, Karrak, In-Cycle, Genetic, Traction, Enterprise, Magura, Croma and Electric boulevard. Tracks like "Chateau", "Supersonik" and "Darkstepper" where founded in record bags of several "big-time DJs" like Laurent Garnier or Dave Clarke.
After producing for a year together with Zolex â€frank Struyf†their duo project “Dirty Jackers†was a success in the summer of 2006 where they provided an exclusive road show, supported by live musicians and stunning visuals using mirror projection walls. They released on Magura “Sneaky boomerang†and “Stop the madnessâ€.
RadicalG ‘s first album release will be on his brand new "RADICALGMUZIK".
January 2009: "Shake it !!!" is charted by Dave Clarke in his Top ten. This track is featured on the album as well.
