Obedience is founded in 2004 (or maybe 2005, we don't quite remember)by two Beernemian sons of bitches who both had too much spare-time. Namely Dries Tanghe (cfr. Reckless,..) and Nicolas Christiaens (cfr. Jiggy djembé and later on kruagre).They started jammin' and after the first 15min. of ear-mollesting-tunes their first song had already been made. They realy seamed to get along and started producing some real technical tracks.When they started thinking about gigs, they realised a bass player could be usefull. That's where Jochen Plovie came in, he's the local low-life of Beernem-metaltown. They gave him a bass-guitar in his hands and so they were ready to go kick-ass!The sound they are producing and refering to as music seems to have a tiny heavy metalish sound.It is influenced by bands such as megadeth, iced earth, iron maiden, but also some old school trashy shit such as anthrax and testament.
