About Me

I like to live large but lay low, and treat every non-monotonous day or experience as an adventure. I'm a loner at heart, but I do make friends very easily with open people who give me the time of day.
I also like to occupy myself with work to give myself some sense of purpose, as my social life is often the pits and I still don't have a road paved out for my long term future, as I can't seem to fathom what that might be! Popular culture and entertainment are my escape, and I don't think I could get through the day without listening to popular music I've already heard millions of times on the radio over the years . . .

My Interests

LEGO has always amused me.

I'd like to meet:

People who can go out with me to clubs, something that's been lacking in my life for some time now, to party to the sounds of club hits and disco and retro hits from the '70s through the '90s.
Also, a girlfriend would be nice . . .

Music:

Hits from the '70s, '80s and '90s, Ministry Of Sound, the Beatles, and this and that.

Movies:

I go to the movies on pretty much a weekly basis, not to mention I also work at a video rental store, so I like to think I see the best (and sometimes the worst) of everything. My all time favourites would be the Back to the Future Trilogy, Transformers: the Movie (1985), the Big Hit, Wayne's World, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990), Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, and heaps of other stuff. I'm obsessed with Fight Club at the moment also.

Television:

My Bedroom is full of DVDs and VHS tapes that I never get the time to watch, but the only shows I follow as they go to air are Late Night With Conan O'Brien, along with anything WWE. Yes, I'm a massive wrestling fanatic.

Books:

I don't really read books as far as fiction goes. That doesn't really interest me, but I collect comics and magazines if that counts?

Heroes:

My parents and my grandparents. Jesus Christ was pretty boss also.
