This video was removed from YouTube without warning, without notification, and without explanation, citing only "terms of use violation". What violation? Nothing had changed about the video in six months time since it was first posted, and twenty thousand views later, it's suddenly in violation? I don't think so. I'm hard pressed to believe that anyone found it inappropriate, gratuitous, or offensive beyond the average video one finds on YouTube, especially those of real people really getting hurt, which seems to be one of the most popular categories. It would be nice to know what the problem was, but the "Contact Us" page on YouTube conveniently contains no actual contact information. If anybody out there has any ideas why this happened, we're all ears.
