I am, in no particular order, liberal, more lonesome than I think I am, hoping it has been smarter to go with a 401(k) instead of real estate, smart, a smartass, both gentle and caustic, employed, considerate toward women, considerate toward men depending on the circumstances, respectful of elders, an archetypical court jester who picks on those who are a little too comfortable, wishing I had started playing bass a few decades ago, attracted to empowered women, more comfortable telling the truth than remembering a web of lies (thanks Dad! really!), a perpetual student of life, sold on the idea that music education unifies the whole mind, a former Morris dancer, a clumsy dancer, annoyed by complex solutions to simple problems, too unsympathetic to those who won't help themselves.
