Lights, camera, action! Enters Tom Noy, also known as one half of the twin towers of Chiefrocka Entertainment Group. Tom reigns supreme in several art forms: poet, photographer, fashion stylist, dj, and director. Tom was drawn to performance poetry by its freedom of expression and his love of spoken word. Tom utilized his passion for the arts to explode onto the poetry scene, bringing a new phase of creative writing with him. In 2003, Tom became a member of Chiefrocka Entertainment, Cleveland’s premiere entertainment company. Before joining Chiefrocka Entertainment, Tom along with Gerald Bennett, started GNOY Couture in September 2001. GNOY has created four dynamic fashion shows to showcase their creations. Tom has developed a keen eye when it comes to seeing beauty. This gift has allowed him to photograph several fashion shows in LA and New York’s Fashion Weeks. He also had the opportunity to photograph Tyra Banks and direct a documentary of The Notorious B.I.G. while attending Howard University. Everytime Tom steps to a microphone, he brings a fresh flow of entertaining thought-provoking words of inspiration. He has been on the four-time winning Cleveland Slam Team in the Tri-City Poetry Slam competition competing against teams from Toronto, Canada, Buffalo, Detroit, and New York City. Djing is also a passion of Tom and has spinned in some of Cleveland’s hottest clubs such as The House of Blues Cleveland, Touch Supper Club, The B Side Liquor Lounge, and The Sunset Lounge to private engagements in Chicago and Austin, Texas. His musical selections range from Deep Soulful House, Old School Hip Hop, to Neo Soul. Tom is constantly adding new dimensions to his artistic abilities, leading his audience to believe that the best is yet to come. With his ever-evolving talents, Tom is set to leave an influential on poetry, djing, fashion, photography and directing.
