Stown Cowld Records was founded in -99 by Del Luv and Boss Dogg.
First artist to release a album on the label was Lil 9("Life of me") in -99.
Boss Dogg, Del Luv and Young Yayo later that year founded the group Scandalouz. They recorded a few tracks together but nothing was released.
2001 Del Luv started to record mixtapes and slow them down and in 2002 he released the first album in Sweden to be slowed down and chopped up("Tossin shit up 2k2" S.C.Rewed & Chopped).
After that shit started rollin and in 2003 SCR released "Introducin" wich was a mixtape with Swedish rap slowed down and chopped up and they also released Scandalouz "Slow it down" S.C.Rewed & Chopped.
After that Scandalouz apeared on Swedish television and Swedens biggest hip hop show on national radio(P3 Soul).
