Ricochet is an energetic, experienced, funky and cool wedding and function band! All members of the band are professional musicians, graduates from London's finest music colleges and have played throughout the country and abroad. Ricochet performs a variety of music: Pop, Funk and Jazz. We can play one type of music at your event, or any combination.
Ricochet Pop is great for after-dinner events, where people want to get up and dance, like after wedding meals. This is a 5-piece band. Check out 'You Can Call Me Al' and 'Your Song' in the music player above.
Ricochet Funk(instrumental) is perfect for that cool vibe at a party where people may want to dance, but are equally happy to chat and dig the vibe. Great for birthday parties. Can be a 4 or a 5-piece band. Have a listen to 'Caravan' and 'Have A Good Time' above.
Ricochet Jazz is just totally laid-back. Ideal for background music at a drinks reception (for example a wedding reception), during a meal, or anything you want. Can be piano, solo piano and voice, a duo (piano and voice or guitar and clarinet/sax), trio (voice/sax/clarinet, piano/guitar and bass or drums), quartet (voice/sax/clarinet, piano/guitar, bass and drums), a 5 or a 6-piece band (voice, sax/clarinet, trumpet/trombone, piano/guitar, bass and drums). 'Body and Soul' and 'Kind Folk', above, are Jazz.
Depending on the requirements of the client, we can tailor our set (we perform a maximum of 3 requests). PLEASE SEE BLOG ABOVE FOR DETAILS INCLUDING PRICES.
Venues we have previously played weddings and functions at include The Royal Overseas League in St James's, Conrad Hilton Hotel in Chelsea, Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, Raven's Ait Island in Surrey, The Inner Temple, The Athenaeum Club and The IoD in London, and Zerodegrees Microbrewery in Blackheath.
