About Me

My passion for jungle and drum and bass music has stretches back to my school days. Ever since hearing ‘Circles’ by Adam F, I have been hooked on this unique form of music that represents the some of the best examples of the richness and diversity of UK music culture. I owe my own direction as a bedroom drum and bass and dance music producer to my friend Sam Calverley who first showed me the possibilities of music technology with a free promo copy of Cakewalk and General Midi. Since then, I have never been able to escape music technology. The temptation to become directly involved in drum and bass production in particular has proved to strong to resist. After dropping out of university with no real sense of direction for the future, it was the discovery of the Popular Music Practice course at Access To Music Lincoln Music Tech that gave me form and purpose again. I was able to develop my knowledge of Logic Pro and hardware technology alongside other music addicts who taught and inspired me significantly. Since moving to Nottingham, I have finished studying the HND Music Technology programme at Confetti Institute of Creative Technology as well as a part time course at the Stone Soup Studios. I am making a definite push to compile a strong catalogue of music that will promptly be sent (with fingers crossed) to d&b labels in the hope of securing a deal.
