With the Rock Tha Mic showcase you will be able to reach your target audience through the use of radio, internet, print media, word of mouth, “give-aways”, and direct contact with our event and individuals on college campuses surrounding our event as well as through the push of The Hood Hard DJs. The Rock Tha Mic Showcase will be going through several top market cities on their Midwestern based showcase. Next dates are on April 29 – June 10, with more being added every day. This is an event in which you could hit all angles of marketing aside from broadcast television covered for you so that you can concentrate on the other parts of helping your company grow and watch your artist record sales sky rocket. If there is any need for further information on your artist progress or where their may be need for improvement, our teams will collect and simplify the data for you in our marketing research efforts as apart of our showcase! THE MANY ASPECTS OF Real People ent/ Rock Tha Mic Showcase NEW FOR SUMMER AND FALL 2009! Real People TV! : This fall we will be filming a internet show called Real people TV on youtube .This will give the general public information on the showcase from filming in studio interviews with the artist and our guest all the way to the event on each campus school all the way to the performances, the djs, the host and the thousands of students on each date on YouTube!, Facebook, and MySpace. This new form of marketing will attract fans from all over the world to your product of service. We are also implementing the BIG MAN OR WOMEN ON CAMPUS this will be a monthly focus on a student on campuses across the country and what they are doing in there community to keep it positive. Students all the way from those in the audience to those who missed the show will be tuning in every week to check out the performances, the freestyle battles, The stepping competion and your company will be apart of all of the excitement and exposure. • Real People/ Chicago Only RADIO! : With this new medium of media we will be conducting artist interviews, giving promotion to our sponsors, plugging “The Rock Tha Mic Showcase TV”, airing sound clips from recordings as well as featured artist music and giving more promotion to the next dates to come on our showcase. With the use of YouTube, a new radio website currently being developed and the addition of some time on various college radio airwaves , we will not only be able to maximize on the events music fans but we will also be able to use a “Commercial Free” approach to developing a great image of companies and their products. This part of the marketing won’t start until maybe early December after we have blown up the youtube channel. • The Rock Tha Mic Showcase BI-MONTHLY NEWSLETTER! : This fall we will be distributing a fun, entertaining, and informative newsletter out via internet and print that will let tour fans know just exactly what is going on, with who and where. This is a great vehicle to be able to give some information about your labels artist, will they be on our tour, as well as information on any upcoming releases! • DIVERSIFICATION -Adjusting The Focus: Although we have been focusing on the Midwest market, we will be adjusting our focus and visiting the “traditional” institutions (college in state) and implementing some of our rock acts into the equation as we feel that combination of rap and rock (along with some R&B) will be a powerful combo in this new era where hip-hop producers are creating hits for rock and roll groups. This leg of the tour will go into production in the spring of 2009. • LIVES ENTERTAINMENT- Some of the hottest Independent hip-hop and R&B artist performing on one stage. These artists are recruited through several of the talent showcase events which Real People Inc. affiliated individual’s judge as well as events marketed by our company and different talent search events of which we host and are currently looking for sponsors for. • Fashion Show-Our past shows included Jay- z Rocawear clothing line and Young Jeezy’s 8732 also by rocawear. This time around we are going to give a lucky designer in each market a chance to showcase there styles build a name for themselves. We will be working with some major fashion company’s, but we will be showcasing the Independent designers. • Godson- The up beat and conservative host who introduces all of the different activities and segments and also talks with the students about the importance of finishing their education and things like “dressing for success”. As well as keeping the crowd excited. • Free-Style Rap Battle Contest- Hip hop music has become a part of the American culture and at the Rock Tha Mic Showcase, “free-styling” has become a sport that the students love to compete in and have even risen in popularity to build careers in recording hip-hop music. SPONSORSHIP / BRANDING OPPORTUNITY An immediate commitment from your company insures primary and full advertising potential of over 20,000 impressions per week. Branding opportunities include: Marketing Mediums o Model street team distributions of 20,000 5x7 flyers cards during a week or more depending on the market prior to event in each city o 1000 Mix CDs pressed and distributed to each college campus before we host our event with your logo included o 11 x 18 Posters o Promotion on the Radio and TV mediums. SPONSORSHIP / BRANDING OPPORTUNITY • Your product/company will be branded on all our print mediums • Your product/company will be able to distribute your products or services at sponsored event • You will be able to select 10 or more professional and diverse models to wear your branded T-shirt and distribute your products and marketing materials to attendees during event • Your product/company name will be included in College Radio advertising and on-air giveaways, as well our several internet mediums, which will run for at least 1 week before said event • Your marketing material will be distributed by our street team throughout our marketing campaign • Your product/company name will be headlined of all print advertising and press release support • Your product/company representative can have on-stage presentation time during each event • Your product/company will receive a professionally recorded DVD of the events for your future marketing needs • Your product/company will receive prominent on-stage presence (signage provided by Sponsor) • Your product/company will be featured on our internet commercial spot and banners MARKETING RESEARCH At every date on our showcase, our marketing reps and interns will be collecting data via written observation reports as well as audience questionnaires that will be distributed throughout the day on the campus and throughout out college crowds before, during (in between activities), and after each event that will include specific detailed questions that pertain to audience excitement, participation, anticipation (of your artist performance), overall opinion (what they liked and didn’t like about each artist performance as well as promotional materials and music samples if applicable), and potential buying and non buying signs. Once the data is collected, we will then develop reports for you that will help to give you an idea of your artist progress within the minds of your potential customers as well as what might need to be improved as according to the information from your customers. ..
