We Like to Help:
Some people may call because of weird noises in their basement,others because of strange happenings in their home, business, or on land that can not be explained. When we come to investigate it is because we want to help determine if there is something legitimately there of a paranormal nature and to put to rest any fears we can. Although there are sensitives on our team, we do not determine a site to be haunted because of this. We use scientific means and disprove anything that can be during our research. We treat every person and every investigation with the seriousness it deserves. We do our research on site and give documentation of everything we find to our clients, further providing consultation in regards to coping with any potential paranormal issues. We are always reachable, and won't just come in, do the investigation and walk away for you to deal with any issues alone.

We Strongly Respect Privacy:
The first part of the process is a phone interview to get information from you, and then there will be a follow-up questionnaire that will need to be filled out. Other paperwork includes an informational packet with a disclaimer form that will protect you and will protect the L.E.A.P. Research team in case of on site accidents. We strongly respect your right to privacy should you request to remain anonymous this includes discretion when hosting visual media, and we will never give out a clients address or phone number!
How the Investigation Begins:
If possible, we will do a pre-investigation, which will give us base readings and allow us to check pipes, electrical boxes, water heater and heating/air conditioning systems, windows, lighting fixtures etc. At that time we will also sit and discuss with you what to expect during our investigation and how we work. While recording, Kira Jones presented a question to any paranormal entity that may have been in the room, and upon reviewing her Digital Voice Recorder everyone was stunned by the response.

The following was a recording while listening to play back of DVR. Notice that you can hear normal conversation and throat clearing, but shortly after the DVR plays back Kira's question to the possible entity named Dutch where she asks how Dutch would feel about the theatre being torn down, all room noises can still be heard. However, the conversation is silenced. This was an interesting event as you can hear the beep of the camera the scrape of chairs, and you can see Kira gesturing while she is talking but there is no vocals to be heard.
