Gabe Aranda// vocals, percussion1. Who are your musical influences?Jimmy Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Stevie Wonder, Donnie Hathaway, The Beatles2. What is in your cd player right now?Right now I've got a little Nikka Costa, Stevie Wonder (always), Geoffrey Williams (English soul singer), Ben Harper, Nelly Furtado, Maroon 5, Jarvis Church, and Jason Mraz.3. How would you describe the music of ARANDA in your own words?Eclectic. You hear all styles when you come to our shows. It is all guitar driven rock, funk, R&B. Our style of writing comes from the wide variety of music we grew up on and listen to today. We would like to think that our original songs stand out because we try to do a good job of mixing our influences in a way that works within the songs. It's definitely one of those questions you'll just have to experience for yourselves.4. What can someone expect from a live ARANDA show?I think when you come to an ARANDA show you should expect to have your senses blown because we come at you from all angles. We all have things we focus on when we play a live show. With us, we hit you on a lot of different fronts. If you want vocals...it's there, if you wanna see a crazy man on guitar...well, that's there too. (laughter) We just try to leave it all on stage and I think our fans appreciate that. We know that people pay hard earned money to see us play and we want to give them what they want! Did I mention we have Chad Roper on the bass...enough said!5. What are your goals for the band?We really just want to see how much of a buzz we can create around the region and work hard to expand the fan base that we already have. We've gone the way of chasing a record deal, now we wanna see if we can make them come to us!Dameon Aranda// vocals, electric & acoustic guitar1. How would you describe the music of ARANDA in your own words?Ever-evolving. It's everything I like mixed into one chocolate, caramel coated substance and packed with peanuts. It really satisfies!4. What can someone expect from a live ARANDA show?Anything and everything.5. What are your goals for the band?To write good music and get it to anybody that will listen. If we can do that without getting arrested, I'll be happy.

Sneak Peek of "testify" Part of the song.A can't-get-it-out-of-your-head rock/pop sound with a strong soulish vibe. A story like Alex and Eddie Van Halen's, of friendly brotherly rivalry and musical collaboration. A top-notch stage show born out of hard work and overflowing with personality. The band is led led by vocalist Gabe Aranda and lead guitarist/vocalist Dameon Aranda, who have been rocking the south for over a decade. Gabe and Dameon have teamed up with producers Louis Biancaniello and Sam Watters to produce Aranda's new record that is due to be released June 5th, 2007.
