NarcolipZ

NarcolipZ at first was a studio project. The group was founded in 2007 by Gabor Bethlen (vocals, guitar, piano) and the producer Tom Domagalsky who was experimenting with house-electro music. It reached the collision of two musical worlds- dark gothic metal and club music, inspired by cold wave and new romatic. As a result you can listen to the first album of the group "Rice With Nails", which the main convention is modernist, alternative rock. In June of 2007 NarcolipZ had attached to the group Martin el.Tha (StrommoussHeld) on the bass guitar and Codi (ex-Natty Dread) on the drums, and the band began preparing for live performances as well as to record the first album. The recordings took about half a year from november 2007 to april 2008 in two studios - Green Studio (recordings) and Zed Studio (mixing, mastering). NacrolipZ music is a dark world of the contemporary culture- art, drugs, poisoning love- everything is mixed in hedonism, coloured with note of the romanticism, like a dance leading to destruction."Rice With Nails" very well describes the idea of the album, mixing the grace of princess with prostitute's vulgarity. The world of contrasts, the accidental sex, destroying parties, morning suicides and the resuscitation, closed in the colour cover of the degenerated teenager's diary.
