About Me

I'm a work in progress. ~ I recently made the big decision to move back to the Big Island at the end of the summer. ~ I just started my first year in the Teacher Education Program at HPU and it's really hard but I love it. I student teach at Kaimuki High School and the kids are challenging but I love working with them. ~ I'm the current Chapter Advisor for Delta Sigma Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta and I love those girls with all my heart. I'd do anything for them, and they know it! They, too, are a challenge, but it's all worth it for me. ~ I love my family and friends with all that I am and would walk through fire for them if they asked. Sadly, now all I read are books about education and becoming a teacher. When I have free time, I read voraciously, but my favorite book of all time is "Pride and Prejudice". I spend the entire time reading it wondering if Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy are going to end up together (knowing full well that they do).

Heroes:

Those serving our country and fighting for my freedom-THANK YOU!! My mom. And anyone who fights for what they believe in and doesn't let themselves be pushed around.
