Mt

Mt was born in Trabzon, Turkey, to be more specific, in Faroz in 1980. After graduating from Trazbon Lisesi in 1999, he went to the Netherlands to continue his education. His interest in music started when he met his first foreign friends ‘in the business’ there. Music, which was not more than a hobby at first, turned out to be his great passion, and soon after, he decided to study Sound Engineering in SEA in 2002. After graduating in 2004, he founded MT Recordz. He published his first solo album Yeralti Kaniyor (which can be translated as; Underground is Bleeding) in February 24, 2004. Soon after, the name of the company was changed to MT Recordings. He managed to complete 2 albums under the name Arka Sokak (hip-hop) and Tolga Tuncer (pop-rock) in September 2004, on which he started to work, at the end of May, 2004. During the whole year MT Recordings introduced 3 albums to the market. Mt, who put all his energy in internet promotion in 2005, released the following albums via the net respectively: • Calinti Beatler, Kotu Mixler ve Teyyip (Stolen beats, Bad Mixes & Tape) August 19, 2005/ 10 songs. • Rap Gokten Ineklere Zembille Inerse (If Rap Falls Down on Cows from Heaven) October 10, 2005/ 12 songs. • Aglayan Bir Palyaco (A Crying Clown) November 15, 2005/ 8 songs. • Fin (The End) December 8, 2005/ 8 songs. • Komplo Terorileri (Conspiracy Terrories) April 23, 2006/ 8 songs. In August 21, 2006, with the co-working of more than 20 musicians & rappers, Project “Satta Fat” was released via the net (a fusion of the word ‘satafat’- bling bling in Turkish – and ‘shut the fuck up’), which consists of the following 4 albums: • Baslangic (The Beginning) • Tanitim ( The Introduction) • Sohret (Fame) • Intihar (Suicide) • Cile-kes (Suffering) October 20, 2006 Single/ Co-Project with MicKillMyers. Mt started 2007 with a brand new album… In January 16, he released 10 songs via the net with his latest album “Yurekten Olsun”.
