By dream83 at 2007-11-26“BALCAN EXPRESS†international graffiti festival is a unique artistic project in Bosnia and Herzegovina that is gathering artists from Europe and the whole region. The festival is dealing with promoting graffiti art, which is bound to be represented as a legitimate art as it really is. This festival has emerged as a result of an urge for filling out the void in cultural life of the city of Sarajevo, urge of young people for modern and urban projects.
The main goal of this project is promotion of graffiti art, but graffiti art is just the base on which we intend to build a platform for modern audio-visual art.Project is addressing first and foremost the young people, those who will expand their views by visiting the festival and those who want to engage in this form of art themselves.General / longterm goals:- promoting graffiti art as a legitimate form of expression
