Mehmet Akar as known as M.Akar was born in istanbul,1985. He started to listen house music during his middle school years. then this house music love turned to obsession for him.He has been archiving since he was just 15.In 2000 He played in lost of home parties, he got good feedbacks through his friends so he continued performing.In 2000 he preapared and presented his own program in a local radio. In this program he performed his live-mixed house sets. By that he reached lots of audience and started to get known. In 2001 he take his first proffesional role in the stage.He became one of the best dj’s around Çanakkale and the closer cities and of course he got experienced to play with lots of famous djs. Same year he selected as one of the artist of 2-Two dj booking agency, which is active in Turkey’s Marmara region. He managed lots of good things with 2-two production, then he found a role in 2-two records dance music production deparment. 2003,he moved to Eski,,ehir to continue his education.this new life took Mehmet away from proffesional dj life. He was listening deep dark sound those days so his music effected from deep dark sound and he improved himself in deep dark sound.His “Deep Puzzle†series, which he used deep dark items, set download records.In 12 series he showed the best examples of this genre. In spite of lot’s dj’s electro sets,Mehmet prefered progressive sound. So he managed to show most underground examples of this underground genre.In summer,2006 he became the resident dj of Club Melon. By the way he performed as a guest dj in some other events. Same year he established Turkey’s best electronic music intertnet radio : DeepSounds FMHe is still working as a brand manager fort his radio. Also he preapared a programme called “Deep Senses†in DeepSounds Fm. And this programme reached a good rating. During the last period of 2007, he started to work on an New Project “M.AkaR&S.Boyekin presents Deep'n Dark†with his friend Serkan Boyekin. Mehmet Akar is still working on this Project...
