Animal New Ones

NEWS: So, nun ist es doch soweit gekommen: ... nach unserem Drummer Rob hat nun auch Bassist Wolfram die Animals verlassen. Im Wesentlichen dreht's sich auch hier um "musikalische Differenzen", na ja, shit happens ... auf jeden Fall haben Alex und ich nun beschlossen die Band endgültig (never say never ;-) aufzulösen ... auch wenn's irgendwie jammerschade ist, mit den neuen Tracks und all dem ... Allerdings gibt's schon Pläne für ein neues Projekt, lasst euch überraschen ... Auf jeden Fall gibt's zum Abschied noch was Neues auf die Ohren ... Leider sind nicht alle Tracks fertig abgemischt, so dass auch in den nächsten Wochen/Monaten noch Songs nachkommen werden. Wird dann wohl von Wolfram oder mir in home sessions abgemischt. Wir sagen dann eh Bescheid.Wir danken euch allen für Support und Interesse! ROCK ON!...we've been rocking and devoting ourselves to music in this band for incredible 15 years or even more (that is, at least some of us) ... and though lots of things have changed during that time we still can't imagine doing otherwise ... we've got a bunch of recordings, which you can find out about on our website (www.animalnewones.de), but since we've always tended to develop and change our style of music and songwriting, we only play a few of these songs at our live shows. BUT: at the moment we're recording a set of really cool new songs with the intention of releasing an album with all the new stuff. One of the songs is the first one you can listen to on this profile - "day after todesstern". Unfortunately, recording at a certain level of perfection takes a lot of time, especially since we all, including the producer, got our jobs and "ordinary" lives to keep going, and so it's a bit of a slow process ... but nonetheless it's worth some patience: there's some really cool material in progress ... and we're looking forward to putting up more new songs here soon ... ... in the meantime check: www.animalnewones.de
