About Me

a hoi there. I'm a laaadddy who gets her kicks from mindless fun and usually fast cars. I find no enjoyment in conforming or shopping, but find lots of enjoyment with friends and the occasional dude.I love work, love my friends, love my car (have been known to kiss, caress and hug him) and love being outside.
Nothing excites me more than road trips, holidays by the beach and sunsets
I'm a little random and at times, most think i'm a tad weird(they're just jealous) but I think, being like that is truely the key to happiness, oh and success of course.
In my spare time I like to figure out ways of making accounting fun,(any ideas let me know). So far I have (thanks to the help of like-minded people or should I say dirty minded?): offering a "dance" service with tax returns and saying mundane expressions like "Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Predetermined overhead application rate" in a provocative and enticing way.(I know you all just tested it out).
I also like to pretend i'm an important business person by creating powerpoint presentations, databases for party guestlists and excel spreadsheets for budgets, look at cars, motorbikes and scooters on the net and in the street, watch The Office, and pretty much any random thing on YouTube, draw pictures (especially stick figures) and shop at the Op-Shop for birthday presents.
I enjoy long walks and taking pictures of stuff. I also enjoy riding my bike along the seaweed infested beach that is Altona, cycling class at the gym, lifting weights that are near impossible to lift, training for upcoming triathlons and driving around in my second true love (after lisa), Chad.
I also like to speak german with my friend Misho. ooo and my favourite website is Quick Dic (online german dictionary, for those with a filthy mind - i guess that includes me too).
..

My Interests

Drinking herbal, jasmine, green, tea from my dodgy teapot (thanks a lot lisa),Photography, Travelling, Triathlons, fun runs, outdoor sports inc.snow skiing, Body boarding, going to the gym and playing netball and basketball. Working at Big events like the MotoGP, Superbikes, Eating Thai, Japanese or any asian cuisine, interpreting broken english, making occasional digs at Lisa, the public transport system, Cars - esp wrx, turning boring things into enjoyable things (accounting),making others laugh and shocking people with my increasingly controversial choices of costumes. (c) Trish 2007

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who agrees with me that it's not always about the bike. Lisa Ritchie, oh wait, we met last night. Kelly Slater (he has beautiful eyes), the dude who invented clinkers and fantails. John Mayer - so I can make Lisa jealous.

New hair. The start of something, well, new.

If New Idea told me that the Taurean was going to experience a change in life for the rest of the year, I wouldn't turn my nose up at it or mutter "absolute bullshit." For the record, I...

The Ideal Weekend, by an Ideal Me

I often sit and fantasise (in a non dirty way of course) about what weekends should be about, and how you should spend them. The funny thing is, they never turn out like that in reality. I find myself...

You took my identity, when you stole my CD player...

I was robbed! Quite literally actually. Friday was just a shite day all round. I'm usually one to see the positive side in things, but it was hard to do that on Friday. I think it was my bout of bad l...

Will I ever see them again?

I often sit (sometimes stand, maybe lie - depending on the situation at the time) and wonder when the next conversation will happen with a friend of mine. The thought of not speaking to him or seeing ...

The Bastards of the Melbourne Transport System Part 2

My voice has been heard by the commuters!

Last Friday I wrote a email to the MX Newspaper, that detailed my frustration with the safety of the public transport system. Today (Sep 11) it was actually published. This in itself isn't a big deal....
