DeathPatrol................................................. Death Patrol is a band of freaks with common core tastes in music as well as experience in other flavours of music. The past year or so has been spent working building a solid repertoire of tracks in between work and hangovers. Starting out as a band of mates with the premise of making a metal band, Death Patrol has only one (clichéd) rule – no limits - no “that’s not quite metal enough”, no “that’s a too heavy” - just “that sounds cool”, or “that sounds crap”. With over the top lyrics such as “Don’t try to run, don’t try to hide; we’re gonna cut out your soul, gonna piss on your pride” and themes ranging from Mose’s sermon on the Mount, to William Wallace’s fight for his land to good old fashioned death destruction and mayhem, Death Patrol will maintain the attention of any dedicated metal head. And if they don’t… well, “forget it man cos it’s out of your hands; don’t try to understand, just get out of my fuckin’ way”.
