REZIDENT

Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, Rezident, crossed the United States and Mexico Border at the age of 2, thanks to his valiant father and strong mother. Thanks to realizing that his parents risked their lives to give him a better life Rezident is highly motivated to not fail. He has to thank his family by getting back up when he falls and also dusting his shoulders off. Rezident has lived all his life in the Coachella Valley in southern California. Has lived in Cathedral City for the past 15 years. Graduated from Cathedral City High School class of 2006. Rezident first found out of his rhyming skill back in middle school when he started off writing poetry. Rezident was recognized as one of the best writers in his english classes driving him to write more and more. Rezident once wrote a poem of his favorite sport soccer and converted it into a song when he was reading it and caught himself going to the beat of the song in the radio. By the eighth grade he was kickin' freestyles at home, and at school during breaks and at lunch. His cousin Chokie of stoned Kings played a big role in opening Rezident's eyes to the music world. By his high school years he had a lot of talent with his freestyles, so he decided to participate in battles. He won 6 out of his 7 battles in one year. His friends were realy impressed and always had his back with his writing and freestyling. Thus Rezident had a strong background of motivation. He continued writing poetry and converting the poems to songs. He later met Blasphamy of The Infamous C-Note Click of the 5th town while working at Circuit City, Blasphamy helped him with his bar counting and delivery with music. Rezident later went and built his own mini studio in his room and thanks to the help of his brother ( D-Narrow ) they record there music. Rezident never sceses to amaze people with his unique style of flow and not following the crowd. Rezident is an average person that one can find at the local mall or retail stores doing average things. Rezident is on the rise in the Big Bad Dirty Desert a.k.a Coachella Valley. He states " I am here for my fans, if you show me love i will show you love back. 760 Stand Up!" Rezident is sure to have bright future in the music industry according to many great reveiws. There is no barrier or setback that will keep him from doing what he does. There is more history to be developed so support Rezident and be part of that history. He currently dropped the INVAZION mixtape and has made its way to the streets.
