What is music, and why is everyone attracted to it in some way? It's because it can grip your soul and take you to a place that you can't explain. It can identify an emotion you can't describe with words. I've always loved that about music, and that's one of the reasons why I love making music so much.Let's see, both of my parents were music majors. So, I've been exposed to music my whole life. A turning point for me was being in a band called "Dead End New Jersey" in 9th and 10th grade. I learned a lot, and I finally realized how much I love making music. From 10th grade and on, I always played around on the guitar, bass, and piano. The first song I ever wrote words to was during my senior year, it was a project for my english class. (that song will be up here eventually) After graduation and moving into my own place, I started getting into recording more. Since then I have recorded many ideas, most of which were unfinished until recently. Currently I am looking at finishing maybe 10 or 12 songs that I can put on a cd. Thanks for stopping by, and feel free to let me know what you think!p.s. I will have some real recording mic's within a couple weeks, so the quality of my recordings should go way up! (I'm currently recording vocals and acoustic with a regular computer mic.)
