About Me

***********Wheatsville Worker Action Campaign Mission Statement***********The purpose of W.w.A.C. is to provide a democratic voice for the workers of Wheatsville in order to prevent worker exploitation and help promote a transformation of society toward cooperation, justice and non-exploitation.The mission of W.w.A.C. is, through a democratic organization, to help provide a good work environment for the staff and volunteers of the cooperative- one that sustains and reinforces our desire to work together, rather than uses it up; support the personal and professional development of individual workers, and make things fun, too.The birth of this organization arises from a deep dissatisfaction with the treatment of workers when a business becomes profit-motivated.
