We have learned about the health benefits of pesticide free produce from the soil to the table without long distance travel in a crate.
During the growing season we use our home grown Zucchini, Sweet potatoes and Carrots in our cakes & breads and when our garden has stopped producing we buy from other "LOCAL" growers.
Shelf life of our cakes is shorter than store bought because there are no preservatives. All pound cakes & pies can be frozen up to 1 month and still taste delicious when defrosted, its called "Fresh Frozen"
During the summer and winter we sell baked goods and produce every Saturday morning at our local Farmers Market behind the Eagle Tavern from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m If you don't live in Georgia don't worry...we now ship cakes UPS & Fed EX...
