I play electric fretted & fretless bass guitar as well as acoustic upright bass. I started my playing career as a self-taught pianist and later turned over to the dark side of the bass playing fraternity. I've graduated from the South African College of Music at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. I have in my short career been privileged enough to have played with most of the great South African musicians, musical directors and conductors as well as some great international artists. I have also written and arranged music for fellow musicians and I have produced tracks for artists as well. My musical preference is torn between jazz, soul and funk music.
