I am here for Networking

About Me

Tom Kashner, a native Kent Countian, truly understands why everyone wants to live here! He grew up in the Kent and Sussex area, working for his family's businesses during the summer at the Beach. He attended Delaware State University, Studying Physical Education and Special Education degrees and Criminal Justice. His time in college bought him to appreciate the peace and quiet of the Kent and Sussex beach lifestyle. "Before becoming a licensed agent with Keller Williams Central Delaware, he honed his skills at EXIT First Choice Realty (no longer in existence) and Beachside Realty (no longer in existence). Prior to this he spent 15 years as a Police officer working with many Elected Officials, State Employees and Judicial Staff. He had bought and sold many properties in Kent and Sussex Counties. Becoming a REALTOR seemed a natural progression in his career when he had gotten hurt as a police officer. I have always enjoyed buying and selling properties," he said. "Now, helping others realize their real-estate potential is the greatest gift for him. His grandfather and Grandmother owned several properties throughout Sussex County and ran two hotels for over 50 years. His mother a life long Sussex Countian grew up helping his grandparents with the business of hotel and motel management, and his father spent 20+ years in the Army and retired here in Delaware. He went to work as a State inspector and retired a second time. During his retirement years he stayed busy volunteering at the Air Force Base Hospital and being active in The Mended Hearts and DAV. “I was born to be hard working.” " Tom says. "I am honest, hard-working, and trustworthy, and I have a love for my profession." "I am a full-time agent and truly care for all my clients," he continued. "I have made lasting friendships with all of them. Since I’ve been in business I have made several 2nd transactions with past clients.” Tom enjoys traveling, shopping, and relaxing at the beach. He loves spending time with his family.
