NOV 2009
The new Guilty by Association recording is finished and the final mix and mastering will be done the second week of November. The recording turned out better than anyone expected it would and we are all stoked to share it with you soon. We would like to give a huge THANK YOU to our new friend Paul Miner for producing this recording with us. Paul, you are a true professional. When the mastering is done our artist, Eric Cobain will still have to put the finishing touches on the CD artwork which we also think you will all like. Once the artwork is completely laid out, we will begin duplication and distribution closely followed by a series of release parties to be announced in early 2010. Until then we will bring you monthly updates on our progress.
OCT 2009
The time is near for the new Guilty by Association recording. The guys will be in Orange, CA for a week at the end of this month recording with Paul Miner, formerly of Death by Stereo. The recording is expected to be complete by mid November and will be ready for release by March of 2010. Check back often for release updates.
SEPT 2009
We've had some technical difficulties lately but as of this month we're back with a vengence. Computers are back up and virus free. Just in time for the Guilty by Association recording sessions. In October the guys will be at Buzz Bomb Studios in Orange, CA dropping 10 new songs for their upcoming second release with producer Paul Miner formerly of Death by Stereo. We will keep you posted as details develope.
More news from the Lord Styimies Horde front. Lucha will be returning in October to record vocals for the new CD. He lost his voice during the last set of shows in August and was unable to record at that time. Check back often for release updates.

Its an exciting month here at Public Nuisance Records. Battle Born will celebrate the release of their debut album Stick To Your Guns at the Death by Stereo show July 10th at the Beauty Bar Downtown. Also playing are Winter Will Follow and Guilty by Association. Come party with Battle Born and help make their release party one they will never forget.

We've finally done it. The Guilty by Association - Detox CD has sold out of stock here at Public Nuisance Records. There are a few copies still available at Guilty shows but they are going fast. Also you may be able to find 1 or 2 copies at cdbaby.com and interpunk.com. There are links to both of these pages on this page. At this time, we have no plans to do another pressing of this CD but if you missed the boat, don't worry. As of this month, the Detox CD is in digital distribution with cdbaby.com and can be downloaded by going to the cdbaby site or www.guiltysincity.com.

Lord Stymies Horde will be done recording this week! The wait is almost over for what is sure to be one of the most controvertial punk CD's you've ever heard. Check back often for more updates.
Guilty by Association is getting ready for their new recording as well. They have another month of rehearsals before they select a studio out of several current prospects. Once they get rolling, the recording will be done in just a few short weeks.
Battle Born is currently shopping their new recording with several labels looking for a west coast distribution deal or larger. Any interested parties should contact the Battle Born page.
APRIL 2009
Battle Born has finished their recording with producer Paul Miner and so far it sounds amazing. The final mix and mastering have yet to be done but judging from what we've already heard, this should be one of the best sounding CD's in the Vegas scene. Be sure to support these guys any way you can. They are an amazing band and great people.
MARCH 2009
March is here and we are stoked because this is the month that Battle Born goes into the studio to record. They will be spending 8 days in a California recording studio that will remain nameless until the recording is completed. We can't say much about it yet but we can tell you that many well known bands have recorded there and some great hardcore recordings were the result. It should be quite an experience and Public Nuisance will be there to cover it all. Watch for studio pics and videos coming soon and best of luck to our boys Battle Born.

The Dive Bar show has been cancelled but Lord Stymies Horde is planning another show in April so stay close for info. They are still at work recording their CD which has been delayed due to previously booked engagements of the various members of the band. Never fear they will be done soon and copies will be available for just $1.

It's time for LORD STYMIES HORDE again. What are our heroes up to this time? More of the same of course. Plenty of stupid jokes and all the testicular fortitude you can handle plus Infernal Raket, the Apocalyptics and more TBA all under one roof at the Divebar Feb 21. I think I just peed a little.
2009 MISSION STATEMENT
Public Nuisance Records is a small American family-owned label based in North Las Vegas, NV. We started PNR in November of 2006 with the humble intent of releasing a CD for Guilty by Association. Riding on the success of that CD, our focus now is to try to help other struggling bands make their own way by helping them develope, record and tour not only independently but efficiently as well. We do only 1 or 2 releases per year to ensure that they are done well. Eventually we hope to be able to sign multiple bands from all areas of hardcore music.
