About Me

If you took the time to look here, please add

DON'T SLEEP, SWIM!

Rosco to you.
I've been making life easier since 1987.
I like to think I have my own outlook on life.
I have strong beliefs that I will stand by, but I don't believe in preaching those to other people.
I believe people should be allowed to live their life in whichever way they choose, but unfortunatley there are people who refuse to allow that to happen.
I'm not here to argue about his facial features, or here to convert atheists into believers, I'm just trying to say the way school needs teachers is the way I need Jesus.
I also believe that these days, people spend more time hating the things they don't like than loving the things they do like. I refuse to be like that.
I am a pessimestic, optimistic, realistic, conformist individual.
My friends mean the absolute world to me. There are people I would die for and I mean that with all my heart.
I've met some people over the last year who are incredible and now couldn't live without, they know who they are, but I probably don't tell them enough just how much they mean to me.
I love music, football, not coming home for days on end, fully packed weekends, the build up to something incredible, tour, traveling, learning new things about people, seeing the people I miss, winter, magic gloves, red bull, cool waters, hats, merch, the feeling of a new person wanting to talk to you for no reason at all, having a car and God.
I hate shit tv, rugby union, saying goodbye, losing someone, letting myself or others down, close-minded people, deadlines, that I am incapable of doing certain things that would make my life close to perfect.
I can be so unsure of myself it even surprises me.
I act like shit don't phase me,
Inside it drives me crazy,
My insecurities could eat me alive.

But in general, I'm a happy person, I love being around other people and I sincerely hope the feelings mutual.
And by the way, the end of my 2007 fucking owns.
THRIVE.

My Interests

I thrive on this.

do you ever get one of those feelings
deep down in your stomach
when you're anticipating what's to come
it almost borders on excitement
but it's not nice, not at all
you shake, you feel sick, you can't think about anything except the chain of events that is set to follow
and you know that you're helpless and useless
nothing that you or anyone else says is going to change what's set to happen
all you can do is sit and wait
and you're convinced that nothing but the worst is going to happen
and you're right
so you begin to wander what would have happened if you'd done things differently
if the little things that mattered so much to others had been so slightly different, would you still be ok
but then you realize that none of that matters
because you didn't do things differently
you didn't say everything that had to be said and do everything that had to be done
you fucked up
and maybe things were just destined to be this way
maybe somewhere, someone is holding a plan that says this wasn't gonna happen, from day one
and you wander why things had to be planned that way, why they couldn't be planned to work
and then you remember
you were never good enough
you never will be
when something seems to good to be true, it usually is
you had just hoped that wasn't the case.

I'd like to meet:

Movies:

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us most.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were all meant to shine, as children do.
It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

The things we fear the most have already happened to us.

Television:

I love the poetry of someone putting themself way up on a pedastal then getting knocked the fuck back down into this puddle of self-hatred with the rest of us.

Books:

He felt his heart pounding fiercely in his chest. How strange that in his dread of death, it pumped all the harder, valiantly keeping him alive. But it would have to stop, and soon. Its beats were numbered.

Heroes:

There are heroes alive in us yet...

I've never felt so cold and alone, so cold and so so alone.

If you even dream of beating me you'd better wake up and apologize.

Why do your eyes paralyze me? What makes me feel this way?
