Today, March 2nd, I will be starting a 16 week workout program. I am not in it to lose weight, rather to gain muscle and tone up. In 2007 I was 230.5 lbs, in 2008 I was 160 lbs, and in 2009 I want to take the next step in doing something good for my body. Before and after photos will be displayed upon completion of the program.
