Billie Jenkins was born a daughter to Carl and Helen Jenkins. The family is particularly small; there is just Billie, her parents and her sister Christy. Her sister Christy wasn’t in the picture for very long though, when Billie was four, her five year old sister Christy was kidnapped, that’s what motivated Billie to practice the craft to try and find her sister. There was a journal that her sister kept and the last entry was Billie’s clue to finding her sister. She just didn’t know what it really meant until Piper helped her figure it out. Billie is a student at the San Francisco College, the one that Phoebe attended. But even though Billie was enrolled in school, she was more interested on being a witch, no matter the costs. She wanted to find her sister and kill a demon, that’s all that really mattered to her at the time. Luckily for her Paige, got a jingle, Billie sent it without even knowing. A young woman coming new into her powers, and she was Paige’s charge. Billie was fighting a demon in a movie theater when Paige heard the call and went to her, and seen her kicking some ass. The demon was vanquished and Billie had really good skills. She was a newly witch, and she didn’t notice Paige standing there watching her, and Paige orbed away to tell her sisters what she had seen. The next time that Paige saw Billie was when she chased a demon that was on his way to the manor, and ended up fighting there, vanquishing him, showing off with the charmed ones hiding on the landing watching it all. Billie met up with the charmed ones when she was fighting a demon in the sewer system and seen three girls standing there, after the killed one of her three demons. It got her attention, but there stood the charmed ones. Billie knew of them but she didn’t know that they were alive, last she knew was that they were the three women that died in their house, due to a gas explosion, even thought it was them vanquishing Zankou. They didn’t want that to happen again, because they were running fresh out of sisters and knew that it wasn’t a good idea. Billie did however talk them into training her and teaching her everything that they know, that way Billie could be a better witch, being trained from the charmed ones and she would be able to find her sister faster with a little bit of their help, but she thought that if she knew enough that she would be able to find her herself. The charmed ones agreed since Billie was Paige’s charge after all and didn’t want to let her down. But she had to keep their secret no matter what she was under the secret must be kept. So now Billie was being trained by the charmed ones. She was there through everything. She was the sisters little demon fighter because she helped them out in the magic – related tasks that were needed for them, instead of getting exposed. Billie was having the sisters help her with finding her sister until Leo met his almost fate. Piper had seen Death. And he was there for Leo. It was either Leo died, or the angel of Destiny said that he could be frozen until a battle that was coming would be over with, and if they survived. The angel of Destiny also told Billie that it was her destiny to find her sister. So now she knew that Christy was alive. Leo was frozen, and that’s when the helping of finding the sister was put to a halt, when the sisters were more focused on finding out who they had to kill to get Piper’s husband and the boy’s father back. That’s about when Piper and Billie started working together, one night we were working on a potion that can help them lead to the people that they had to fight to get her husband back. And it ended up leading the both of them. It took Billie and Piper to the most craziest place, a laundrymat in China Town. There was a sacraid world beyond the doors of the manger’s room, and they needed the girls’ help. Piper had to help protect something, which she thought that the battle that she was protecting was the battle that they had to win just to get Leo back, and she was wrong. It just made Piper stronger, and as piper was off protecting this culture, the chinnesse man was helping Billie with her power, which lead her to her sister’s location, long enough she didn’t know that she saw her when she wanted to see her and it was to long ago. But where little Christy was in Billie’s projection, was the same place that she looked at after the whole after math of saving the innocents was, she found her sister. After fifteen years of Christy being gone, it was weird for Billie to just have her back around, and now with Phoebe living in her condo with Coop, Billie was living at the manor, and now, so was Christy. Christy seemed good at first until the triad and Damyan, sent a couple of demons to kill Billie and Christy’s parents while they were there visiting their daughter that was mysteriously taken fifteen years ago. Christy was a little upset with them for never finding her after all those years, but the demon that took her raised her evil, and having Christy reunited with her sister Billie was having the ultimate Power, that Piper and her sisters have to fight to get Leo back. Christy was there to help Billie with her power of projection and telekinesis, Billie was getting the whole telekinesis part of it down but not the projection, but Christy understood that power since she was evil, and knew more about it then Billie did, so she helped her, and with Billie and Christy together as the Ulimate power Billie had the powers of super charge…. To control another’s powers, Astral Projection, and Time Traveling. But with out Christy right by her side those three powers didn’t work. Christy tried and succeeded on turning billie against the charmed ones, making her believe that they were using her, and that they were the real evil, even though at the time it was Billie and Christy. Christy got her and her sister together, to kill the charmed ones, they consumed The Hallow. The most powerful Evil around, that would devour the world if it was in it long enough, so as the ultimate battle was being Billie and Christy barrowed Wyatt to get The Hallow so that way they could have Halliwell Magic on their side, but a lot that did them, The Charmed Ones, had the same plan, and The Hallow split into each and every one of them. When the battle was fought, Paige and Phoebe ended up dieing, and Christy was dead. So that left Piper and Billie alive. After Piper had discovered that her sisters where dead, Leo was returned, but it didn’t matter without her sisters she didn’t really have anything. Billie didn’t stick around long after Piper found her under some boards of the Halliwell Manor that was now fallen to the ground. Piper and Leo were thinking of ways that Piper could bring her sisters back and Billie went to Dayemon, finding out how she could bring her sister back. Billie and Piper both used two different styles of Time Travel. Piper went to both the past and the future, and Billie went far enough back into the past that she could try and stop herself and Christy for doing what they were about to do. But it didn’t work, time caught up with herself, and Christy and Billie disappeared before the battle, and the present and future were both changed. Christy wouldn’t reason with Billie and she kept thinking that they needed to kill the charmed ones, and if they didn’t they would basically end up killing themselves. Billie ended up going to Piper and her sisters telling them that she wanted to help them. She just wanted to be back on the good side, and she didn’t want the future that was passed to happen over again. She was on the good side again, Billie projected her and the sisters to Christy, the sisters killed the Triad and then as Christy went to kill Billie for batraying her Billie telekinesised it back to her, causing Christy to burst into flames and die, Billie had just killed her own sister. The fight was over,and leo was back with his family just like he was supposed to be. And everything was back to normal, except for Billie was having a few problems of her own, every family member in her family was now dead, her mother her father and her sister, there was no one left, but the sisters, she was now just like part of the family…. And she was happy again, and going on the right path.
