ROMEO'S STORY.....My name is Romeo I am a 1 1/2yr old red headed amazon parrot living the good life now.My birthday is 2-24-2005.My mommy bought me from people who would never even touched me or ever bought me toys(mommy saved me on 8-24-06 and I think she is doing VERY good with me and that is what the vet told her too, in fact he told her what she has done with me is amazing and that it normaly takes a year to get where we are bonding and trust wise),I was so lonely, All I had was a bunch of sticks in a home made chicken wire cage with NO FOOD or WATER,my mommy didn't really have the money to save me but she did it anyways,I guess I touched deep in her heart when I looked at her.I don't know if I would have ever known what love is if she would have never found me.I am soooo glad she did cuz now I know love.
The thing I like to do the most is growl and laugh at every human in the house except my mommy,I don't do it to her.My favorite color is yellow.If you are gonna vacumn the house you better take my water from me or I will fling it everywhere,I hate that monster machine.I am a quiet bird for now but when a new human comes in I talk,pin my eyes to look scary,and laugh at them.The things I say so far are...Pretty bird,mom,Romeo,Pauly wants a cracker,love you,what are you doing,go outside,and mommy be back.
I am looking for all kinds of friends.We can share advice when we are sad or sick or just wanta talk.

SHILO'S Story.........1-03-2005Got him out of the want ads and when we went and looked all he had was a perch.She said he didn't like toys but after I got him home and settled in we gave him alot of toys and he started to chew them all up.There is not much to tell about him cuz he just was not wanted and we took him in.
