Short Bio
Selma is a singer/songwriter based in Amsterdam. Her music is best described as alternative folk-pop with some eastern influences. Besides the Spanish guitar and saz, you'll also hear some piano passing by. When performing, most of the time a percussionist and a double bassplayer will accompany her on stage.
Selma's first full-length cd is called 'Umbrellas' and was released december 2008. It contains 11 songs written by herself. The cd was recorded at home during the last 1 1/2 year. The cd was mastered by Mediatrack. Some of the songs can be heard on this site.
