Cozmic C originally joined Abakush as a bass player, she is a multi-instrumentalist. Cozmic studied at Goldsmiths University of London there Cozmic gained a certificate in Jazz and Popular Music Studies. Cozmic..s first band was Aquizim, who were active in the London..s ..Lovers Rock.. scene. A style of reggae music which developed in England, London in the 1970s, Lovers Rock represented an ..apolitical counterpoint to the conscious Rastafarian sound dominant in Jamaica.. Cozmic contribution to Aquizim was through keyboards during sessions with Neil ..Mad Professor.. Faser when ..Mad Professor.. was still operating his first recording studio. Cozmic has worked alongside well established artist in the music business as a session musician and is a key partner in an expanding recording facility in South London where Cozmic has developed further skills for good ear production. Cozmic continues to work contributing towards a variety of musical workshops in London.
