..Well, it goes like this. I was an army Red Berets Captain in 'Nam from '69 to the end of the war in '75. After I got out I went into the crime business. I was originally one of the leaders of the Mad Gear gang. Unfortunately, Mad Gear was brought down by Mayor Haggar and his friends. After that happened I had planned to play a part in getting the crew back together, but no such luck. I could care less now! They are wimps, all of em! Belger failed, and I have no more use for those dogs. I'm here to play with the big boys! It's time to get mine, baby! And I'm startin' with the dream of a great utopia for me to control. But I need some goons so things will go much more easier, heheheheh!
