Bio option A:I used to work as a french fry technician under the name Marge until the sliding door automatically shut on my finger prohibiting me from pushing the "supersize" button. Unable to up-sell to the corporate standards of McDonalds I took on the role of vice president of "fright club". At Fright Club we shot indie thrillers and charged people $4.50 to come to the screening. We included 1 large popcorn free with a mandatory 2 dollar refill. Thats where I made most of my money. After the popcorn machine broke down Fright Club lost its popularity. I hitchhiked to Manhattan with a pocket full of ambition. I then worked as a Mime, lab technician, button saleswoman, voice-over specialist for chinese animated films and stunt woman for the Greek version of Charlie's Angles. Now I just write music and have a studio album called "The Raft Can Sink Without Me". I don't live the exotic life I once loved but I think fate will put me back behind the McDonalds register in my after life. God Bless Raffi!Bio option B:I am mentally married to both Raffi and Jason Schwartzman.Bio option C:After spending 3 torturous years in college trying to full fill my dear Ma's hopes of one day owning a home in the suburbs with a picket fence and a husband named Ken, I realized I must never place myself behind the walls of conformity again! I graduated from Radio Broadcasting and immediately tossed my certificate in the attic...well... not the attic because I don't have an attic...but it sounds better than closet... so off to the attic my certificate went and off to New York City I went. After countless hours of babysitting and many sleepless nights I decided to move back to Canada to finally make an album. I began working with Eric Eggleston, a musician/producer in Ottawa. I spent the better part of my childhood writing. I also wasted 6 college semesters not paying attention in class due to constant daydreaming. I appeared to be concentrating like an A+ student but behind my eyes the mechanics of my brain were working to create music. The very moment Eric and I began writing it felt like someone came and unclogged my subconscious. All my emotions and words came pouring out in catchy lyrics and melodies...and so, "Royal Road To The Sunconscious" was created; my first album. "Royal Road To The Subconscious" is a collection of 7 extremely diverse songs. A hybrid of every genre...as many layers as a Jackson Pollock painting. Feels to me like my creative supply has only just been tapped. I'm like a bottom-less keg of ideas... and my keg of music might even give you a buzz? One you can drive under the influence of... .As of January 2009 I am nuzzled back into my own little corner of New York this time a little more rested! ."sometimes a sound can explain itself, other times it needs explaining. Rarely does one ever really understand what they are hearing, but its the adventure in trying to figure it out that makes it worth the while." --Me .
