Influences: Most of the songs are heavily groove oriented. The drums take their influence from jazz, funk, afrobeat, latin and eastern grooves. Our instrumentation is organ, electric piano, guitar, bass, drums, samples/breakbeats and vocals. We are heavily influenced by the great improvisers such as Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Woody Shaw, Jimi Hendrix, Jerry Garcia, Pat Martino, Chic Corea, Jaco Pastorius and many others. We also take influence from electronic music, projects such as Amon Tobin, Ninjatune, Dj Shadow, Dj Coldcut, Dj Tipsy. And last but not least, the Simpsons.
