Karma

Karma is a multitalented artist whose primary instrument is her voice. She is not only a singer but a songwriter and musician as well. She has a strong background in hip-hop dance that compliments her strong soulful voice. Born Paula Renee Joseph and raised in Los Angeles, CA, the 23 year old song bird received constant exposure to urban music. Growing up she loved to listen to smooth jazz to soothe her to sleep at night and tuned into 92.3 the beat to lift her spirits during the day. Karma first discovered she had a flare for singing around the age of 7 when she would mimic songs she heard on the radio and received numerous of compliments. That’s when she started singing and has since never stopped. She is now in fact mastering the art of songwriting to develop music that compliments her unique sound. She has performed in several school and church choirs as well as a plethora of talent shows, plays, live venues, clubs etc. The songstress does not want to break into the industry merely for financial purposes. She looks to establish a profitable career full of longevity as well as prosperity but most importantly create music that is timeless and relatable. The industry allows an artist to showcase their talents to the world and also gives them room to grow. Karma's aspirations do not stop at just a singing career. She also wishes to pursue an acting and modeling career, establish her own clothing line and hopefully go on to produce as well as write music for other artists.
