About Me

Columbus Children's Theatre has been nurturing future artists and future audiences for theatre since 1963. CCT touches the lives of over 100,000 children each year through its three major programs:
CCT CHILDREN'S THEATRE SERIES - a season of live theatre performed for family audiences.
CCT ACADEMY - classes and workshops year-round for grades K to 8.
CCT PROFESSIONAL TOURING COMPANY - bringing live theatre to schools all over Ohio since 1972.
CCT strives for the highest standards of artistic excellence. We emphasize integrity, compassion, courage, friendship and creative discipline. We nurture young people's self-discovery, self-esteem and social skills.
We are building a broad base of appreciation and enthusiasm among young people for the theatre.
Help Support Columbus Children's Theatre with a Monetary Donation Ticket revenue and class fees cover only 33% of Columbus Children’s Theatre’s operating costs. To produce our CCT Theatre Series, operate the CCT Academy, and bring the CCT Professional Touring Company to over 200 schools a year, we depend on over 400 individual donors each year who support our mission.
