They provide any of the above services individually or as a package under there Management Agreement. Kirk I. is the Head Consultant for B.W.A, he finds the right Producers for the Artist to receive the maximum potential from both entities. Ty “Songbird†is Public Relations she gets your name out their, your face known and your voice or music heard. Shawn B. is President of Promotions he establishes the plan in which everything regarding the Artist or Producer’s product will be exploited in order to gain the best exposure.As an Artist or Producer you know that keeping every little detail regarding your career is a job in itself, that is were Management comes into play. B.W.A is in negotiations with a talented gentleman from PA named Kell, this 23 year old not only sings in a sexy Baritone but also Writes, Produces and Arranges his own music making him a must have in this industry. Under development is Words, a rap artist out of Brooklyn who is 19 in years but worlds beyond in wisdom, ha the energy, look and appeal needed to make people listen, he’s a force to be reckoned with.They are currently looking for more Artist and Producers to be showcased on a upcoming Mix CD to be released later
