X-SPANDER

X-SPANDER born in Dallas, TX, began spinning progressive trance in 1998 in Savannah, GA. He moved to Frankfurt, Germany in 1999 where his style progressed to dark and dirty German trance heavilly influenced by producers such as Kai Tracid, DuMonde, Hennes & Cold, Talla2XLC, and DJ Wag. X-SPANDER spent three years in Frankfurt working for Discomania (DMD Music), one of the largest record distributors in Europe, and holding residencies at City Treff, Club Paradise, and Area 51. In 2002 he took his unique style of turntablism back to Dallas, TX, where he played regularly at venues such as Fall Out, Afterlife, Club One, and Heavenly Studio's. In 2003, he formed EXSPANDED MIND ENTERTAINMENT and began a weekly at Dallas's Ecco Lounge. In 2005 X-SPANDER moved to Miami and obtained a degree in Sound Engineering at the world renound SAE Institute. Also in 2005 and 2006, he brought his crew of artists from Dallas to Miami and threw Official Events for the Winter Music Conference. After working as an Audio Engineer in Miami, doing live sound work for Journey, Def Leppard, Guns'N Roses, Shakira, Rod Stewart and many more, X-SPANDER decided to return to Dallas and work on the next phase of EXSPANDED MIND ENT.
