About Me

I train and teach at De La O Jiu-Jitsu thats pretty much all I've been doing for the past 7 years. In my spare time when I'm running low on cash I do a little cage fighting well not really its midget wrestling but its close enough. I'll be heading out to Phuket Thailand around the end of Dec to teach MMA and Jiu-Jitsu for 3 to 6 months. I love what I do and even tho I've had a few bumps in the road I wouldn't change a thing.
