THIN ICE is made up of Austin Russell, Andrew Parks, Patrick Wilson, and Jonathan Evans. Thin Ice started with songs written by Austin and Andrew after Cut the Tension was no more. Originally, Danny the Irish was chosen to be the vocalist of the new music. With the help of Joel Murphy, Danny, Austin and Andrew completely renovated an old paint shop into the practice space that both Thin Ice and Clenched Fist use today. With a new practice space the band wrote as much material as possible. However, Danny decided to pursue other things therefore John "posi" Evans stepped to the plate to take over the vocals of the group. It wasn't long until Patrick came along to play bass guitar. Over the next few months we wrote songs until we were satisfied with enough to create our first demo, the Alpha EP.
